I have the exact same wheels. You can use OEM center caps - they fit but the rears won't sit flush because the axle nut sticks out too far and the caps aren't deep enough. If you want, I can send you a pic of the caps I have - sanded and painted with flat camouflage brown/bronze that is close enough to the bronze finish of the CR KAIs.

The front center caps sit flush:
The rear center caps sit a few millimeters off of the wheel face.
I've had these on for a lot of miles and they haven't budged,
so I don't think that they'll be coming off on their own:
The type of spray paint I used.
You can't really tell the color on the cap in this pic,
but it's pretty close to our bronze wheel color.
Plus it has an ultra flat finish:
Here's a pic from a little bit aways:
