I was on the mobile app yesterday. It sucked balls. No wonder no one is on here.
Finally decided to make some changes. Ordered some parts and got the notice that my delivery would arrive on Tuesday. But on Monday they tried to deliver it. I wasn't home because my package is coming Tuesday. Tuesday my son was home all day and no one came. When I came home that day we stayed home and ordered Chinese. The guy rang the doorbell and the food was delivered. Next morning I tracked the package and they said they tried to deliver it at 7:30 but no one was home. When I came home they had tried to deliver it again. I requested they hold my stuff at the local office. When I went there they had one package for me when it was supposed to be two. I tracked the other door tag and they said it would be delivered on the 12th. 12th came and went. I called the shipper Thursday because I found the other tracking number was never shipped. The shipper told me Fed Ex said they tried to deliver it but it was refused and they charged him for the return and the parts were now back in his possession. WTF??!
