I haven't gotten on the scale lately. I know the number will put me in a bad mood. I had been keeping off 4 to 5 pounds but it may not be as much, now. We've been getting lots of rain (YAY!) in So Cal but it's also been rather cold. It was 40*F when I got up at 8:25 AM. That's too cold for me to go ride my ElliptiGO in. I'm hoping to see the 60s later today and get in a good 30 miles. Rides are what I need.

I'm stuck...down a little from early this year, but seem to "find" any loss over the weekend. Not motivated enough I guess. I'm still hitting the classes at the YMCA anyway which helps keep the wolves at bay a bit. There's a new Italian restaurant in town getting rave reviews and we have a gift certificate for the place. We may give it a try this weekend. There is a new brewery opening in town, and a new shop called "The Baker" has also opened. I've sampled a few of their wares and must not do that too often.

Our downtown area is revitalizing and the new establishments are not the place to hang out if one is supposed to be on a diet.

Dave you might like this place. https://mobydickbrewing.com/

I got in a good three mile walk today. I'm afraid that we will be back to winter tomorrow so I better walk when I can.

I did see that and I submitted two photos including the recent one of the lobster vessel. I know I have stiff competition around here. Lots of folks with more talent than I prowl the waterfront, cameras in hand. But since I have nothing to lose, I thought why not send something in.

I got in 25 miles tonight on my ElliptiGO. Came home and had a polluted coffee drink: Crown Royal, Bailey's and Kahlua.

i've stayed off the rise at least but have flat lined since Xmas. 253 ± 3 lbs,
but the days are getting longer and we've starting talking walks.
it amazes me how fast you can get out of shape.
having a scale that records your weight is a good thing;
you can't delude yourself with alternative facts when the hard data is right under your nose.

You just blew that workout. Try water if you're serious about losing weight.
