I've only got bad weeds in the flower beds & in the backyard. The backyard is mostly covered by a few large trees, so unless I take those down, grass is unlikely to succeed. Its a small yard, so I want to figure out how to maximize usable/recreational space, as well as minimizing cost & finding a suitable space for a couple raised/box gardens, to grow a few vegetables. Going to throw out some weed n' seed in a week or two.

Just bought a side table for my living room, somehow came across the matching piece that goes with coffee table on Madison craigslist last night. I am stoked.

 

My backyard is shaded by a few massive trees, grass can grow really well in shaded areas, you just need the right grass.

Make sure when you start planting your gardens to use Preen, it works really well.

I adopted a cat last night. Named him Otis. He's a good boy.

We'll see if I still think that when I get home from work after leaving him out for nine hours.

Had to go to AA for lunch today so we hit up the Alfa dealer.




They also had a quattroformaggio in red. I didn't take a pic of it though. Exhaust sounds very decent in the qv. interior is pretty sweet too.

Had a great weekend. I played a LOT of board games this weekend, and picked up a couple. It was fun, but I am TIRED today.
