I have two comments
First off Scampi is basically Italian for Shrimp. Therefore Shrimp Scampi is redundant!
Secondly: At the risk of sending this into the Politics forum: Are there not more pressing problems that our Congress should be working on they wasting their time on declaring (special interest groups) Nation (what ever day)?
