Thanks all..Levi, I saw Plattsburg on the map and thought of you.

Here's the swimming hole. There was a family setting up to spend the day and there is a swimmer in the middle here.

By the way, it seems the site is no longer allowing large files/images to load....had to re-size the VT photos. Anyone else notice this? Not a big deal, but an extra step to post photos....

Back when we had the airplane, Bea and I flew up several times to Barre to visit her sister who lived there then. I agree it is a beautiful state both from the ground and the air!

Nice pics, Lainey.

Very nice photos! The swimming hole one reminds of scene from an old flic. Think it was Breaking Away?

^ Yeah, thought of that movie, too. Great movie...in high school, I went with a friend to swim in a quarry not too far from here, but I can't remember exactly where it was.

It was "Breaking Away", one of my favorite movies while I was involved in competitive cycling. Filmed near the Bloomington, IN area.

I took a morning’s escapade around Mary’s garden and then around our neighborhood where I came with the following photos. I hope that you will enjoy.

Nice flower pics, guys! Here's one of mine. Harsh sunlight, but I liked the contrast of the background to the yellow flower
Now this is called putting your heads together..

Love the flowers and esp the goats! They have names?

I'll try that flower shot with less light and more depth or field...
