Default Mod/Wash/BBQ Day.....

Well, I figured if anyone needed to do anything minor we could handle that, and I personally would like to give my car a good once over with good wax and clay bar and etc. Since Brad was generous enough to offer his facilities and a BBQ or cookout, I figured I would go ahead and get this ball slowly turning so we can get things planned.

Brad - what weekends are good for you in May?

Should we make executive decisions and say Sat......or would a Sunday be better?
Either is fine with me. Times are up to you guys.....you can come early and stay all day or just come for a BBQ. But if everyone is wanting to mod and clean etc(?) This is kinda wierd for me, We are usually the one concerned with how much time b/c of the Drive.

I could do it next weekend.....(but it doesn't give much time for planning - depends on how fast we can throw this together)
The following weekend I could do it on Sunday (The BBQ Festival is Sat and Ill be there all day)
The rest are free and clear as far as I know.

Here are the Dates that are a GO:
May:
6th +7th
14th
20th +21st
27th-28th

Things to Bring:
1. Beer or Liquor (if you wish)
2. Special Tools (I have some....but not all)
3. Special Cleaner (You may use what I have if you'd like)
4.
5.
6.
7.
8.
9.
10.

Should we "bring your own meat, drinks," etc

Or

do you want us to go out and just buy everything with a set amount of $ that we can all just pitch in?

It all really depends on if you want steaks and shrimp or if you want burgers and dogs....and chicken.

ANYONE ELSE CHIME IN WITH YOUR OPINIONS

Raffle Tickets will be sold for $1 each or 6 for $5 for a drive in my 2000 Honda Civic LX

I would rather toss in a few $ considering I will have to drive an hour + w. raw meat or chicken in the trunk on a hot day...lol.

Can we setup a schedule for mods too I want to get my springs done. Lol.

Ah, good point. Didn't think about buying everything locally. That works too.

We can have a cruise from local Nashville up there too.

I say we do it on a Saturday. Decision made. We can do a signup for anybody that wants things done. As far as food I say you just buy what you want to eat as far as meat, then everything else like chips and drinks we'll just pitch in and do a community type of deal. We'll hit up a store near Brad's place.
