Default NBA Playoffs

Why not?

The depleted Celtics pulled off a big overtime win in their first game against the Bucks. How is your team doing?

Don't have a team. I have not followed the NBA since the era of the Detroit Piston Bad Boys, late 80s/early 90s.

Typical. Cavaliers get blown out -- at home!

I have to admit to having less enthusiasm with the current game.
A lot of single player dramatics and not team ball.

I agree, but what I have seen with the Sixers this year, is a team, without too many me players. Perhaps it's the fact that the team is so young and so packed with first and second rounders, mix in a few veterans (JJ Redick), Covington, and it appears that they play like a team. Not sure how far they will go, but they are riding a 17 game winning streak at this moment.

You should watch a game. More passing than there was a few years back.

New Orleans Pelicans (Yeah, kind of a dumb name but LA is the Pelican State) - made the playoffs. We are up 1-0 in the first round of the Western Conference playoffs after edging Portland on the road.

We used to have the Hornets. But the name went with the team to Charlotte. Years ago we had the aptly named Jazz. They took THAT name to Utah where it doesn't really make sense.
