Default A S2000 variation that few will ever see in person

I recall a few threads around here discussing rare S2000 variations. I'd say that Grand Prix White over Blue is rare enough. Figure in that it is all stock and has less than 18K miles miles and I'd guess that this is a very rare beast. At the price it is listed for I wouldn't expect this listing to remain active for long.

A Rare Beast

Disclaimer: I have absolutely no affiliation with the seller. I just ran across this listing in the game I call "scanning the S2000 market".

That was my understanding, in the Canadian market that is. This is a Canada listing that showed up as part of the Seattle search results. (The odometer presentation is in Kilometers, pricing is in Canadian dollars.)

Didn't realize this combo was available anywhere, blue does go pretty well under white.

Yea that color combination was offered to the Canadian market among other special colors.

Pearl white/blue was also available but I'm not sure if it was available in Canada or just Japan,

Cool. I knew that there were some different colors offered in Japan, but this is the first I've heard of the Pearl White over Blue. The photos might be off a bit, but that interior definitely looks like a different shade of blue than in the Canadian car linked to above which appears to be the same blue as that used in the Suzuka Blue cars.

I think that's because of the picture/lighting. Japanese market had more color options but also more freedom with regards to interior colors. If you'll search through J auctions you'll see very different color choices like yellow with all red interior, orange with all blue interior, etc.

If they had the pearl white with a tan/camel interior, that would have been enough to make me switch from my favorite Rio Yellow.
