Ap1 front subframe studs

Default Ap1 front subframe studs
The crossbar that is mounted with 4 bolts , 2 nuts on the front subframe . Those 2 studs that accept the 2 nuts , are they pressed in ? I broke one stud , not sure best way to repair ?
