2 threads i created before the site upgrade haven't transferred over 100% (1st post in each thread), hopefully you guys have a backup of these threads...

Chris I found a similar issue, but without getting into the old DB, which is cumbersome and time consuming it is difficult!

What I did was used the wayback website and got the old thread, copied and pasted by editing into the original post.

Hope that helps - it is quicker and easier than getting cthree to delve into the DB backup.

thanks, i was starting to think i wouldn't find a solution for this and that it would be lost forever. how do i access the wayback website?

thanks, i'll have to keep trying, but it's not working for me right now. I can get to the old s2ki main forum, but once i click on a sub-forum, it directs me to that sub-forum on the new site.

found a copy of the text on H-T, and re-inserted the images i saved. The Roll bar thread is up and running now
