Default "2002 Glass Top Conversion" in library is not accessible

The "2002 Glass Top Conversion" article in the Library section is not accessible. When I click on the PDF file, I get an error message "403: Access denied" Even in the page before that, there is a warning message. The particular page is:
https://www.s2ki.com/article/articleview/132/1/58/

By the way, why is the Author listed as HondaGal? I thought Clovis wrote this. Unless this is a different PDF file than the one talked about here by Clovis.

The file is missing. Hopefully we'll find a backup and restore it.

Clovis is the author of the file.. it shows it as me, because I uploaded the file.. However, I do believe I have not been able to get it to work from the beginning.

We will figure this out

I can't find this file. Does anyone have a copy? I restored some of the other missing files but this one is gone.

Contact Clovis, he was the original author of that document.
