Add Reply takes me to the Forums list

Add Reply takes me to the Forums list
Several times recently (no particular pattern) when I have finished typing a posting and hit the Add Reply button, the system has taken me to the Forums list page. And I've lost my posting and had to retype. Seems to work the second time. Strange...and a bit irritating.
