Default "Ads by Google" embedded in threads

I have just recently (today) noticed that in threads with multiple replys, a 'line' is being inserted with 'Ads by Google'. It can be upto 3 instances for each page, excluding the 'header' adverts which were always there.

I was under the impression that being a member suppressed this content.

It is a bit of an annoyance but will not stop me from viewing, just trying to understand the change.

Thanks,
Michael

I'm working on them so I ask for some patience. Members will only see one at the bottom of the first post. Gold Members will not see any. Moderators/COs, ditto. Give me some time to finish. Thanks.

Why don't you relax and read what I posted. There are no new ads for members. I simply moving the one ad that is there from above the first post to below it to move the start of the content closer to the top of the page. I think you guys sometimes compete to be the first to bitch about anything that changes.

Given past experience in terms of ads annoying people and the immediate posts about it, the sensible thing would be to remove the top one first, THEN put the new one in after the first post
