Does anyone else get annoyed at the way the screen width changes in certain topics when someone posts extra wide pics, or a very long URL (such as the one in this post: http://www.s2000online.com/forums/showthre...readid=1464#2)? It would be O.K. if you could choose to ignore the drop off on the right of those wide posts, but unfortunately, because of these, you're forced to have to scroll the screen to the right in order to read the text in all the other posts for this topic. Very annoying! Isn't there some way the usable screen width can be restricted to the normal size for all postings, without expanding the width?

 

cthree is off on vacation, and I don't expect he'll see this until he returns, so I'll take a stab at it in his absence.

I've played around with the software a bit and there doesn't seem to be any thing that will restrict the screen width.

It would be better if people just uploaded their high resolution images to PhotoPoint and posted the smaller picture here with a link to the hi-res images at PhotoPoint, but some people like the hi-res images and don't have a problem with the screen width.

You could always buy a 21" monitor!
