Hi, I already sent an e-mail to support@s2ki.com and the person was not able to help. I sent a reply back with a suggestion but I didn't get any response.

I hate to do this, but I thought maybe posting might help.

When I signed up, I accidently typed in my name as "LiQICE" ... I really wanted it to be "LiQiCE" ... Which sounds like a small change, but it would be nice for it to look correct.

Anyways, I e-mailed support and they said with the new v4 system they didn't know how to fix it. When they tried changing my name to be "LiQiCE", the system didn't allow it saying that the name is the same.

My thought was maybe you can temporarily change my name to like "LiQiCE1" and then change it back to "LiQiCE" to get the casing to be accepted properly. I sent this in email back to support but its been maybe a week or two and I didn't hear anything.

Technically it can be done. But these changes are only made if they are critical (i.e. if someone had used their real name and wanted it changed) OR if you are a paid up member of the site.

If you were a paid up member the Admins (HondaGal does these kind of things) might change it for you.
