i just updated my windows to 7 and now when i try to use the bulk upload it doesn't work. i drag and drop em but they still dont show up. anyone have an idea on what could be wrong?
If you can't view the album icon in the box as seen in the picture below, then you should check if your Java application is working. Otherwise the drag/drop will not work for you. Alternative try to use the copy/paste method.
