Default Bug fix in image gallery

I stumbled a cross a pretty big bug in the image gallery. Some of you had noticed the images in the gallery were pixelated at times. The problem was the software would request a 150x150 thumbnail and would draw a space for a 150x150 thumbnail but the server/software would send a 1024x768 image. Your browser would try to resize it and would make it fit the 150x150 space. Thats is where the pixelation was coming from. Also you browser would download a 50-90k image instead of the 1-3k thumbnail. (this really effects those of you on dial-up).

Images posted in threads worked correctly, but every other was sending a 1 to 2 size larger version of the image than was requested.

Anyway I've fixed it. It's likely a big part of the slowness the site is experiencing (tho definately not all of it).

If you find any odd behavior w/ your images please let me know

-Rylan
