Default Can't post pictures

For the past three days I've been trying to post some pictures to my album with no success. Is there a problem with this feature?

When you say you can't what do you mean? Are you getting an error of some sort?

I get the following message:

"Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information.

The error returned was:

The image upload failed. Try uploading a small version of the image. It might be too large. "

The images I'm tring to post are no larger than those I have Posted in the past.

Have you tried a smaller image just to see? Are you using the bulk upload or just single file upload?

What size was the specific image you tried to upload?

OK, I uploaded the pictures using the bulk uploadmethod. However, I still can't get the single upload feature to work. So I guess in the future, I'll use the bulk loader.

well you could do that or you could give us a bit more info so I can figure out what the problem is and fix it. How big is the image? I've uploaded 8Mpixel images of 2 and 3 MB without problem. Is it substantially bigger than that?

They were about 3 mb the first time I tried, but I reduced their size to about 500kb and they still wouldn't upload. Then I tried one less than 100kb with no luck.

Any progress on this? Now the bulk upload doesn't work.
