Fixed.

AE is right the best thing to do when you run into issues that you absolutely, for sure, want us to respond to you should send an email to support at s2ki.com (or help at s2ki.com or info at s2ki.com or in your case as a sponsor to sales at s2ki.com). There is no guarantee we will see posts or topics posted in the forums (even this one). It's not that we don't care it's just that I never saw your thread until now. Getting response to posts can be hit or miss depending on if I notice your post or not. Sometimes I never get beyond the first couple of most active topics.

Sending an email to one of those addresses puts it directly in front of me so you can have confidence that I will see it (maybe not instantly but pretty soon). The info, support and help addresses are managed with a bit of software that tracks emails to completion, puts them on a to do list, assigns a priority, due date and will bitch at me if I ignore them for too long. They are also seen by all of the admins (well HondaGal anyway) as well as me so even if I don't see it somebody will.

Cheers,
Erik
