i can't upload pictures to my gallery.

i have followed the help topic above up to where it says click on the "my gallery" in the drop down menu but i dont seem to have a "my gallery" in the dropdown menu

Am i missing something here or am i just not allowed

 

I believe it is because you are a guest. You need to purchase a membership in order to obtain gallery space.

Or use Photobucket and paste the .img code, that'll work.

 

What is with the 2MB max file size for photos? Went to upload my shots from Mid-Ohio NASCAR Nationwide Children's Hospital 200 and couldn't figure out why it wouldn't work. Then I realized my cell phone shots were all 2.1 to 2.6 MB a piece.

 

They changed that when they took the site down back on July 11th.

 

Well what do we need to do to get it fixed. Hell I even ponied up for a Gold membership just to make sure I wasn't missing something. I want my money's worth.


Really not impressed with S2Ki lately. The people are great...the site is not.

 

I told the people I know about it last week (that's when I noticed the unannounced change myself). I'm at a loss beyond that.

As the paying member above stated, it's part of what he paid for & now it has been neutered / rendered almost useless. Please undo what was done & return the gallery back to it original settings that were in effect a month ago if not earlier. 2mb is not enough & now the gallery randomly purges images uploaded. This is unacceptable.

I've spoken to the powers that be at Internet Brands and they are looking into the 2mb limit. At this time that's the standard they have for all their forums. Renee at IB has a request in to increase the limit to 5mb. I know it's not the answer we wanted to hear but at least the request didn't fall on deaf ears (like I thought it might)
