Is there a way to keep the chat room screen on top ?

 

unfortunately, since it only resides in a browser, there's no way to do that.

unless there was a specific function in the future to come out with to keep "one" browser window on top, which would be specified by the content provider - in this case s2ki, but I would hope this feature is never enabled in any sort by the application designers - that means that there would be even more annoying ads out there that really will not go away.
