I'll start.

Please give paying members a "zap spam" button. When a guest posts inappropriate content, all you have to do is click this button to vote it as a post that does not contribute to the community in a positive way.

Moderators could look at the number of spam-zaps per user, and act appropriately on worst offenders.

(Previously I suggested limiting the # of posts per day for a guest. I now question the effectiveness of this, because I've noticed that offenders don't necessarily have a high PPD number.)

What are the ideas from other members?

Someone had a real nice pic of an ASSCLOWN. We should all adopt it and post it up for anyone who deserves it. Maybe if that person gets enough of these, they'll get the message. At the very least, the rest of us will know who and what these people are.

Destiny

We already have a "Report this post to a moderator" link in the bottom of each post. But from what I understand this is for "Big" issues. It states "This is ONLY to be used to report spam, advertising messages, and problematic (harassment, fighting, or rude) posts."

I can't remember the last time I saw a post edited or delete my a moderator.

But how do we draw the line of what should be reported in the fashion that you are thinking. I agree we need something, becasue the number of trolls is growing at a alarming rate and seam to be going unchecked.

We could use a "Report this user" button in the user pane?

P.S Welcome back.
