I just counted 17/50 threads on the first page for FS or FT threads. It's a burden on the community to constantly have to mentally sort those out.

What's wrong with the For Sale Forum?

How many of the posts in SoCal are also duplicated in the FS/WTB forum?

Perhaps the CO's want to consider moving FS/WTB posts into the FS/WTB forum?

I understand the National communities (UK, Australia) having their own FS forums, shipping locality etc, but the regional ones, i don't see the point.

Unhappy

It was nice not dealing with out of state purchases and the head ache of dealing with possible scammers and lost UPS packages, but you got a point that

What's the problem in creating the subforum? The SoCal club is large enough that the subforum would be very active, and it would serve a purpose. I know the Bay Area club has a "Whine Country" forum that's simply there for post whoring and nobody seemed to make a fuss about creating that.

I don't see how someone can't understand the benefits in a FS subforum, nor do I see how the idea of moving FS/FT posts into the FS/FT main forum is helpful.
