well its not a naked woman....
just in swim suit

I have resized it saveral times.... still nothin ?
and now its SO small its not any fun

How?
Right-click the image, choose Copy Image, open Photoshop, File->New, select from clipboard, click OK, Edit->Paste, File->Save For Web, Choose JPEG Preset, click Save. This was on a Mac so if you have a PC your milage will vary.
Save the image above and use it for your avatar. Post a decent sized version of the other one and I'll resave it for you. I don't usually but at least your trying.
