Default DB Errors and Uptime this AM

Hey guys I am done now.

We've been having some db issues and I had to shut the site off a couple times the AM w/o notice to clean them up.

I have also upgraded to Mysql 4.0 w/ its new query caching feature that should help speed some things up for you.

I should be done for now.

Just FYI.

yeah sorry about the down time. I had to rebuild the array today and I tried to do it while the site was running but it was just too much load for the server to handle.

The DB was seeing a Load Average of 60+ so I had to shut off the webservers so that RAID rebuild could finish.

We need a better raid, anyone got a swank nas they want to donate? HA!
