Thumbs down Email problems again...

Hi guys,

Seems I was unaffected before but now I'm seeing the password error described here:
https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=830118

Started happening today and I get an error selecting inbox if I use webmail...

Help!

Cheers,

Andy

Ack! Having email problems here, too. I can log into email, but I'm getting this error message:

ERROR: Could not complete request.
Query: SELECT "INBOX"
Reason Given: Internal error occurred. Refer to server log for more information. [2010-11-21 06:17:57]

Can someone look into this please? Been down for a while now. S2ki webmail front end temporarily being down is OK, but I can't even use mail2web to access my mail either. I hope the incoming mail in the meantime wasn't just bouncing off and getting lost in the ether.

A filesystem on the mail server started acting badly, marked itself read-only so the mail system craps out when it tries to write things to it. I'm extracting the contents and putting it on a different filesystem I created to replace it.

Mail should be back to normal in a couple of hours.

Thanks for your patience.

I can help you and this definitely is not the place to reply. This topic is about problems received and sending email.

I checked your account and it said you paid by echeck and PayPal never informed the subscription software that it cleared. I've corrected it by hand. Sorry for the delay and thanks for your support!
