It's nothing to do with the site Moggy, it is application related on your machine.

I had a problem with ntdll.dll myself in another application just this morning funnily enough. I have downloaded a new ntdll.dll but have not copied it accross yet to see if that fixes it.

won't let me copy because Windows is using the file?

Do I need to open in safe mode?
