Anybody know how to use Macromedia Flash? I'm looking for a tutor and helper to design for bits for the site.

Depends what you need done. I've worked with flash in the past, and only recently played around with it. You can find lots of tips on flash at flashzone.com and screamdesign.com (which used to be andyart.com).
