this is not a big deal, but i was just wondering why does the time fluctuate between GMT & PST (where I am) sometimes? I see the notice on the bottom that says "all times are GMT" and sometimes, i see it in pacific standard time.

 

depends on if you are logged in or not. If you are, it knows your timezone and adjusts. If you aren't it doesn't and so shows GMT.
