Hi,

I just picked up my S2000 from the dealer today. The VIN is ******************. But when I try to add that into my user profile, I get a message saying that my VIN is invalid. It's a very early 2000MY car that was originally delivered in Sept of 99, if that matters. Also, the previous owner of the car that I just bought is a member on this site as well, but he apparently could never get the site to accept that VIN either...

Any suggestions?

Sounds to me like the VIN has already been entered in to the DB and that's why it's being rejected now.

Send a PM to HondaGal and ask her to look into it for you.
