Grammatical mistake that's bugged me for years

Bottom right of the website:

"S2K International and S2KI are trademarks of Petersen Ventures LLC. Honda, S2000 and the "H" logo are trademarks of American Honda Motor Co. Ltd. S2KI is not sponsored, endorsed, affiliated or authorized by American Honda Motor Co. Ltd., it's parents or subsidiaries"

Please remove the erroneous apostrophe

I felt the site upgrade is as good a time as any to raise the point.

I agree. I have posted about it before and asked AE if anything could be done. I was considering whether to make the same suggestion, this period of site overhaul being opportune.

But if we're going to be picking nits, wouldn't it be proper to say this

instead of the way you phrased it? Alternately I suppose you could say "I feel the site upgrade is as good a time as any to raise the point."
