It took me a long time to read this thread, it keeps getting more pages

It is all good information, but I think we all have to make adjustments, since the membership is changing, the car is getting cheaper to buy on the used market. Some people don't like change, but it is bound to happen. What we need to figure out is how to change for the good with this fast change that is upon us.

If there is so much profit being made here I would think that the 3 owners of s2ki would have pocketed the huge ass amount of loot and ran, and said scew you guys!

Instead we stick it out count the few pennies and keep plugging away to find solutions to our problems.

^^^^i honestly think that it should be made a pay-site. the info and DIY's along with many other factors are much more valuable than the 20 bucks for a membership. if the site was pay-entry that would keep 99% of the trolls out and also the "guests" that really do nothing but waste bandwith.

I'm glad you decided to chime in.
I have been down and out and sicker than a dog for almost 10 days! Still feel like crap!

Maybe faster change is better, I am not sure. Things have changed in 7 years. I think at this point with the numbers of used S2000's out there that it is more affordable for everyone. Not just younger folks, but everyone as a whole. Thus why I say faster change. The car is 7 MY old. Cars depreciate. I still have my original S... MY 00, 12000 KM. I like my car, and don't plan on getting rid of it. This is my choice, such as everyone's choice in how this car and this site means to them. My goal is different than yours, and the younger generation, goals are different as well. I think we need to understand the change and work with it. I don't think it means s2ki is heading down the crapper. There is alot of time and money invested, and I can speak for c3 that we aren't about to give up. Someday maybe but if Honda keeps making these cars then there will always be a site for folks to visit. At least Honda hasn't changed the name of this car.
