hotties
I know forums and websites and once fully made need little to no maintenance
If I make it look easy then I guess I'm doing a good job.

If this forum went "poof," I'd be out more than $20 per year in repairs I couldn't do myself without the DIYs and would lose more than $20 in used part savings....
Haha but naw, just contribute to a great community and stop in to the hotties forum occassionally.

My $20.00 membership is peanuts compared to all the self-help DIY info provided by other members. I learned how to fix my top rattle, hood squeek, and how to install my i-pod adaptor. This would have cost me mucho dinero at the repair or stereo store.
Go ahead and join. I doubt you'll be spending much of your time in the hotties section...although it's not bad

Thanks everyone for your kind words and support of a community of friends. s2ki means a great deal to a lot of people and I've personally talked to hundreds of members who consider the s2ki community a major influence in their lives. More than a few people have told me they have kept their cars much longer than they would have normally because of the great people they have met on and through s2ki.
I'm really proud of what we've accomplished together over the past 10 years. I bought my S2000 on Jan 5, 2000 so it's a significant milestone for me on a personal level and marks a major change in my life and lifestyle I couldn't have predicted. Had I balked at the $8000 premium things might have turned out entirely different for me and the 10s of thousands of people who have contributed so heavily to this community over the past 10 years. It was the best 8 grand I ever spent, no regrets, cheap at twice the price
It just goes to show that opportunity is found in the strangest places and things don't always work out as you first planned. All I wanted was a fun, fast and exciting 2 seat roadster to commemorate the millennium. I had no idea I was also starting a new life or that I was getting a vast community of friends around the world. I know I'm not the only one.
The next time you hear someone tell you that buying a car isn't an investment, think of s2ki and say with a grin "You're absolutely right. It's just a way to get from A to B."
S2KI remains an independent and open forum. We aren't run by a media conglomerate but by S2000 owners just like you. Your dedication and contribution to the community inspires us and I personally want to thank you for that.
