you must first host it somewhere.. photobucket or some snapfish.. somewhere on the web..
then you post with the links.. like this

the photo is showing up above . the address just above me.. shows the img tags.. html then the address where the photo is stored.. zo6 vette website.. and the image name.. carl.jpg then the last bracket [/ the X should be a "i" and that makes the photo appear in your thread.
