Your profile doesn't tell us much about you. I've always thought that the forum admins "pick" moderators based on an individual's character and frame of mind - their sensibilities and good judgement. I don't think many here would welcome someone who "might" have a dubious nature and unknown intentions. Your wanting to be one may not necessarily make it so.

 

And usually someone who contributes significantly to his community or club
