S'cuse the ignorance, but how do I get to the members list page? I knew where it was on the old version of the site, but can't find it now on the new version.

The help page isn't much help on this topic unfortunately: "The member list, accessed via the 'Members' link at the top of each page, is basically..."

At the top of each page? WTF? Am I missing something here?
