i cant change my pic

Im trying to update my pic on my signature but it wont let me and gives a sorry error type message...Its only an 81kb jpeg..Any ideas?

IIRC, max size is 10 or 15kb ...

Do you mean your avatar?

Put the pic in your album and then press the avatar button, that will do it for you
