I can't post pics.
When I pull down the arrow to the right of my name at the top of the page, I don't see "My Gallery" between "Manage Ignored Users" and "Purchase Membership." Everybody else seems to see this.

but then again I don't recall seeing it there before. 
Dunno if this helps, but if you click My Settings, you should see a Gallery tab. You should also be able to get there by clicking on your My Content... and My Profile.
Maybe it was there before and they got rid of it because it was redundant.
