I've had 1 PM listed as being in my inbox since Saturday. I searched through my inbox and can't find this thing, so I deleted all the PM's in my inbox to see if it would go away - nope. I can't figure out what is going on - I have no PM's in my inbox and S2Ki keeps telling me I have a PM.

I have no idea who it is from. Maybe someone sent me something and deleted it before I could read it and the system left a "ghost" PM under my username

 

It is from someone on your ignore list. Or at least that is what I have read as a reply to this same issue in the past (all V4)

 

Do you have anyone on your "ignore" list? If you do and one of these people send you a PM, it will be counted but not let you see it.

Weird. Just as weird is that a couple of days ago just after the site was showing blank pages beyond the home page, I got 2 PMs from an old user with a new username who claimed he couldn't log on. He PMd me to ask what's going on. Anyway, those PMs never showed on my INBOX list nor did it show the replies I made back to him in my SENT folder.
Perhaps a system glitch. Have you tried logging out, clearing cookies, cache and logging back in?

 

Check if you have unread PM's in your other folders

 

The PM is from Publisher's Clearinghouse.
