Just a thought
 

I think we really do need a more advanced search engine like most other forums that allows us to choose the forum we want to search in, the date, ascending/descending order, etc...

I think this would seriously help limit the number of pointless posts, members would have a much easier time finding previously answered questions and it would just be much more convenient.

Any thoughts? Is this possible in the near future?

Search is the bane of cthree's life. I'm sure someday he'll improve it. Somehow! :)

search isnt working now?

Keep in mind, you can use the "search this forum" at the bottom of each page which will limit the searches to the current forum you are looking at.

That actually brings quite good results :)

:iagree: The search here kind of sucks, but it is decent if you use the bottom of the forum search. However, that one's been down for a couple of days.

search is down again, its coming up blank white screen

this has been suggested a million times... cthree said theres not enough server power :(.

This is the shittiest SEARCH I have ever seen. :( Its sad when people actually pay.

All i ask for is a search that even WORKS.....
