User Vectorsumio (Aaron) is unable to log in and when he tries to make a new account it tells him that it's already in use. Can someone offer any help or suggestions?

Possibly the password he is using is not correct.
If he can email support@s2ki.com from the email address he registered with we can reset the password.
If he can email support@s2ki.com from the email address he registered with we can reset the password.
