I've been on this site for years and since this new update have not been able to sign into my account. I had to create a new one just so I could post about the problem.

My username was //steve\\ and I have a hunch that post change it doesn't like something about those characters. I've followed the reset password link multiple times and can successfully reset the password but when I attempt to use it I get an error about invalid credentials. I know I'm not typing the wrong thing.

Please fix my old account or help me change the name on it so I can access all of my own content.

 

It will be due to the special characters, IB will have to get your account sorted, but it can be done easily.

 

Who do I need to contact? At some point I found a contact site admin link but I've tried that twice with no response.
