I don't know. It was giving me a different email address everytime I saw the message.

 

just got it here as well..

 

I've found the source of the error message and will remove it the next time I update. It's caused by someone who has email subscription notices turned on and a bad email address in their profile. You shouldn't be receiving it and I'm not sure why this has just started showing up.
