No, it's not supposed to. The mail is on a server that is supposed to be mainly idle however one of the sites on this server has grown out of control. Krazik is working hard to bring it under control and I think we've made good progress in that but there is still a bit more to do.

With fingers crossed I'll say that I think we've got it licked.
