I joined about 3 months ago and still haven't received a members pack with discount card etc. I sent an email and they were a month behind sending them out to new members. It has now been two months since and I have sent more emails but have had nothing??

Has this happened to anyone else????

I think I joined about 3 months ago and have not heard anything - I read somewhere that it takes ages to get the stuff sent out.

 

Been a member for a lot longer than that and haven't received anything so you're not alone!. Some of the mods might know what the deal is plus what's coming with the UK club.

 

There is a bit of a backlog, Jo - and with cthree et al having been preoccupied recently with the migration to v4 of the board software, I suspect he has had no time to try to make some headway with it.

To be honest, you're not missing much anyway - from memory, it's just a laminated credit card-style membership card with your name and membership number on.

 

That's fine, I wasn't expecting much anyway, just thought it was a bit odd!

I will make you a membership card (Blockbuster style) it it makes you feel like you are getting better value for money
