Ok maybe I'm dense but how do i find the membershiop list to send a message?

I can't find it per the instructions form the help board. I don't see any members box at the top of each page as it describes??

Click on the FORUM the member is in. Up at the top left (under the forum badge) you will see a link to the forum moderators and underneath, to the members of that forum.

 

I'm not sure what forum he is in I'm just looking for the general membership list so I an send him a question.

 

You know part of his name i presume?

Go to your PM box
hit compose new message
in that dialogue hit the Search for user names button
