Is it asking too much to get a reminder when your membership is ABOUT to expire, rather than your PM's suddenly sayin "PMs FULL" and your photo albums disappearing, meaning it takes you a while to figure out its cos your membership has expired and only after deleting a shed load of PM's !!!!

 

I got this emailed through on 24th May, so nearly 2 months before it is due - would be better to have it about a week before IMO.

Maybe your spam settings are too strong?

 

Shifted to Site Info, where there's a much better chance that this will be seen by The Powers That Be.

 

I have a bulk mail folder in Outlook express which I check, and it never made it in there - but yes maybe it is a spam thing...... if it is then I apologise!

 

There are no reminder emails for memberships and there is no way to renew a membership except to let it expire and then re-join. It's a limitation of the software we use. I hope to replace it someday.

 

Ask a silly question, do I receive anything to show I am a member? I paid up via PayPal a week ago (or so) and have not got anything

 

You should have gotten an warm & fuzzy feeling inside.
