Membership dilemma

So I went to buy a 1 year membership but it says only Paypal or something else I forget what it was called, I do neither so I guess I cannot join...

You don't have to have an account with paypal to process the payment, it's simply what the site uses to process it. You do have to enter an email address, much like when you registered on this site.
