No.. the goal is to generate interest, provide that you have at least 10 members to warrent a forum. The Community Organizer is the person that leads the groups. We don't set up forums for the heck of it. This is my point. Each community set up was requested, that is why some states are missing.

 

May I jump in and say that you might want to consider naming your prospective new region
